FiberNet continues to be successful, offering the highest quality signals and the most affordable triple play service in town. We thank you for supporting our FiberNET business. FiberNET is your community owned, full telecommunications system and we want you to be a proud and satisfied customer. Your loyalty is a valued asset and we treat it seriously. Your opinions are welcome as we continually strive to improve our services.

Over the past several months, TVA has increased the Fuel Cost Adjustment and weather has been very hot.  Thus our customers are experiencing increased electric costs.  We understand how difficult it is for you to absorb high bills and we encourage you to consider “Levelized Billing” which allows your monthly bill to be averaged with the preceding 11 months.  This shelters you from extreme bills in cold or hot months.  The levelized bill adjusts each month.  You can sign up for the program at any time during the year and even as a new customer.  Call our Customer Service Department or come by for more details.

Also, we commend our customer’s commitment to Operation Roundup.  Over the past four years your contributions have improved the quality of life in the recreation of children, youth and adults through projects that improved lighting at facilities for softball, baseball, tennis, soccer and football. Starting in 2010, your Roundup funds are also being used to assist customers who cannot pay their bills, a way to help families through difficult times.  We encourage all customers to participate in the program as a way to give back to your community.
